We want every user or customer to be fully satisfied with our products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied, the following policy will apply:
Returns will be accepted in cases of wrong product delivery, damaged items, or significant quality issues.
To initiate a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product or service. The item must be returned unused, intact, and with its complete original packaging.
Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item or complaint has been verified.
Refunds will be issued to the same account used during the original transaction through the respective payment gateway. However, delays may occur due to banking or payment gateway processing times.

9. Delivery Policy:

We aim to deliver your order promptly and within the expected timeframe.
For deliveries within Dhaka, the estimated delivery time is 5 business days.
For deliveries outside Dhaka, the estimated delivery time is 10 business days.
Please note that unexpected situations such as natural disasters, courier issues, or third-party delays may affect delivery times.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

The BD Clean board may add, remove, or modify any of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective once published on the website.
